Botanica Lumen creates large-scale botanical photographic works from real botanical specimens, captured through ultra-high-resolution scannography.

Founded by Anna Surdacka and Luis Fernandez, the studio brings together botanical knowledge, optical imaging, and material precision to reveal nature with extraordinary clarity, tonal depth, and presence.

These are not vintage botanical illustrations, traditional photographs, or decorative floral prints. Each work is created as a museum-grade photographic object, designed to be admired from afar and discovered up close.
