MarLise Vernet

MarLise Vernet, a self-taught artist and musician, primarily uses geometric drawing and pastels, drawing on her passion for music and her ongoing training with international masters. She blends the rigor of sacred geometry with graphic traditions from around the world, exploring mandalas, Moroccan zellige tiles, and Celtic knots through precise and meditative motifs. Her art, oscillating between rhythm, structure, and intuition, conveys a profound harmony and a sense of universality, connecting cultures and human sensibilities.
She has received the "Creative Spark" award from her Islamic art drawing group for two consecutive years. And she won first prize for Graphic Composition at her last art exhibition in Bourges.
