About this artwork
I painted this to depict nature's struggle against the machine of mankind. Terra was the Roman Earth goddess, here she has fiery hair, and bloodstained face and hands, surrounded by vines and flowers. The swan, peacock feather, sword and Viking tattoos tell the story of natures strength and resilience.
