About this artwork
This work presents an architectural space where a curved, almost organic structure rests on the volumes. This central, twisting form introduces a fluid movement that contrasts with the geometric rigidity of the surroundings.
The two human figures, tiny in the face of the vastness of the space, provide scale and a metaphysical interpretation: the self versus the unfathomable. The composition plays with impossible perspectives and atmospheric depth,… creating a scene that seems to exist between the real and the mental.
A relationship between matter and emptiness, turning the scene into a territory of introspection and wonder.
