About this artwork
The Amur tiger is not only one of the most beautiful big cats, but also the largest. Adult male cats can reach up to 325 kilos and a length of 2.9 meters, but this big cat is also "critically endangered" and threatened with extinction.
In my work I combine powerful dynamism with quiet intensity. Using acrylic paints and spray paint, I create a half-realistic, half-abstract image that is accentuated with gold plating and exudes spiritual strength.… The majestic animal embodies courage and wisdom - an inspiring presence that is intended to captivate viewers and inspire reflection.
